Rihanna is expecting her first child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky.

The Artist / Business mogul announced the news Monday during a photoshoot. Over the weekend, the two were spotted out in Harlem A$AP Rocky’s hometown with Rihanna proudly debuting her bare baby bump during their outing. The couple has been friends for years but started dating back at the end of 2020. In a series of photos captured in New York City, Rihanna’s growing baby bump was on full display in a long unbuttoned pink jacket and a pair of loose ripped jeans.

A$AP Rocky whose real name is Rakim Mayers has announced his feelings for Rihanna, calling her the “love of my life” in an interview with GQ last May, saying their relationship is different from any other he’s ever had. When asked by GQ about their relationship in comparison with past romances, A$AP said, “So much better. So much better when you got ‘The One.’ She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She’s ‘The One.”

Rocky has previously been quoted saying having kids was in his “destiny.” “If that’s in my destiny, absolutely,” A$AP said. “Nah, but like, I think I’d be an incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad. I would have a very fly child. Very.”

This will be the first child for the pair, with A$AP Rocky revealing, RiRi was the love of his life, and that he believed he’d found “The One.”
